Failure is what we call errors, mistakes, misunderstandings etc... No I don't fear failure! I have no regrets, I had and have failures, yes but no fear! I always dare trying, it's worthed : no trial = no result! We can't stop moving forward in case of failure, this is stagnation & regression. It's against life itself!

I fear failure more than anything. I am very intimidated by things in life and I end up not even trying things because I am convinced that I will fail. I wish I wouldn't do that. I should just start going for things! You only get one chance at life.

Living in a persistant fear of failure has the potential to cause one to fail as it tends to distract from the task at hand. Such an irrational fear can lead one to not even try to begin with, which is, itself, a failure.

Yes, and fear of actions that might lead to failures as well. In fact, when I was in school, I was, well, more than a little obsessed with it.

i use to in my past, very much like i regret having taken wrong decisions or even missing out on not taking a few but after having come through some major failures, well.....i would like to call it difficult and trying times, i am now at peace with failures because at this stage of life i feel confident enough to work towards success and strong enough to rebuild on failures.

no...but, i do believe many fear "success"...why? ..it will remove them from where they are, to where they have never been! Even though this "sounds good" it may be a "bit scary" Some, have a mixture...of "both happening at the same time..." the "roller-coaster ride" up-and down...thing s will go well for a while..and then, go really bad! then, repeat itself again..and, "what will it be in the end?" (plus, the rear of failure..) It's not a wonder why there are so many who would rather just "stay" in their "comfort zone!" "Peace!"

I would guess that when I was younger, I would fear failures in my Life, not anymore, now I concentrate on making treasures in Heaven, if I want to meet my maker when I'm gone.
