Of course, the retailer will pay a lower price if he is buying the bill to resell later.

Probably not alot since both of the bills had large numbers of them printed. Just guessing i'd say maybe double the face value (give or take a buck or two). You could go to ebay.com and search for currency and get a general idea of what they are selling for.

You need to take the bills to someone who deals in this type of business. Or, you could probably just call and ask.
