i want to watch a movie that leaves me thinking about it, something that touches my heart. i like sad movies. these are not exactly 100% dramas, but i want something like the house of flying daggers, captain corelli's mandolin, hotel rwanda. movies from early 90's - present.

Blood Diamond, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Djimon Hounsou and Jennifer Connelly, is a good movie. It's not totally a drama ( maybe drama/adventure/thriller) but still this movie deals with the civil war between the government of Sierra Leone and the rebel group RUF, as well as the diamond for weapons trade. Trust me, you will not forget this movie.
Not to mention, the acting was very good.

and an older one called shattered (I think) was also a tough one to figure out

Have you seen, "Next" -with Nickolas Cage yet? It just came out on DVD, it's a new movie- I saw it earlier this week...-& I'm STILL thinking about it! Check it out. -It's a GOOD "thought-provoker..." :)
