Okay, so im 7 DPO and I keep having these dull pains in my lower stomache and terrible backaches. Also i've noticed things tasting different. I had some french fries today and they tasted so metalic i wanted to puke. It possible that these are pregnancy symptoms or just coincidence? I don't want to jump to Conclusions....hlp

It is possible, but its also very easy for your mind to trick your body (or visa versa) into reading too much into normal everyday things. Im in the same boat as you at the moment, 6 dpo and reading too much into feeling nauseous and things, i dont usually but i think we all want a christmas baby.
Like me, try to stay calm and get through the tww, i know its dragging but its better to wait than to get a bfn if you tested too early anyway, im gonna test christmas day i think, i m guessing it will be a bfn but thinking what a lovely pressie if a miracle occurs.

very possible, once implantation takes place the homones just start a flowing..
