As the other guy said, that concentration is fine. If you used 10 drops of 35% you would probably make yourself sick.

There are various schools of thought for how to get H2O2 into your bloodsctream (at whcih point it helps your health(. One of the more popular ones is drinking it.
There are 3 "problems" with this approach.
Peroxide can form free radicals in your stomach. Because of this it's advised to drink peroxide a few hours away from meals (the stuff that triggers the radical formation occurs in tandem with food digestion).
Drinking food grade (the 3% you got has toxich chemical stabilizers mixed in) that you should not have.
It's easy to use a concentration that's too high. Normally it's advised to start with a very low one, and gradually build up.
You're at a low enough level, but as I said before, it really should be food grade peroxide being used (which is bought at 35%) and not normal 3% (which has chemical stabilizers mixed in).

Peroxide can do a lot of cool things for your health, but if you want to pursue it, you really should research it yourself. There are a lot of books on the subject, and I've tested it myself. I'm personally a big believer!

Hope that helps

Instead of using it as a throat spray, you should just gargle with it straight out of the bottle. I do it all the time and it works wonders when i have a soar throat. It's not necessary to dilute it if all your doing it gargling then spitting it out.

no most HP you can find to buy is of the 3 to 10% range. You can use it to gargle with and then spit it out. you have a lot of foam in your mouth when your done, but it is good for a cold sore. it doesn't burn like listerine.

Hydrogen Peroxide can be used to rinse your mouth, like mouth wash, so I would say yes, but then again I don't think you are supposed to swallow it. Not much help huh?

um why not just use a throat spray. Ask your doctor if it will hurt you or read the warning label on the bottle.

Before even getting into the strength of the mixture, please 'splain why you're using hydrogen peroxide as a throat spray.

That steps over the edge, in my book.

Hey, just drink the whole bottle. Whatever! Anything goes now a days. Right?

While I gargle with it full strength to clean my mouth, it says for external use only. I spit and rinse so I don't swallow any of it. If you can do the same, it will kill germs. But don't swallow it.
