There are barn doors
And there are revolving doors
Doors in the rudders of big ships
And there are revolving doors
There are doors that open by themselves
There are sliding doors
And there are secret doors
There are doors that lock
And doors that don't
There are doors that let you in and out
But never open
And there are trapdoors
That you can't come back from

It's not bad, I'm confused by the repetition of revolving doors, which could be a powerful image if it were in the right place. the ending is pretty evokative though. Nice, keep it up.

i think this poem...or talking about life...there are things than can be done and not undone..and there are situations that you can easily get out and give you chance but there some that you simply had to go through it and suffer the consequences...later on in life...:) hope i got it right....:)
