those are beautiful i have 2 pairs! i loved them (even though i really dont like gold color) i got mine for about 2 dollars and i wear them quite often! i have a heart shaped and the round kind. i love them! and no i dont really consider them Chola!

it really depends on what you wear it with
if u make it look fasionablewith like a pair os skinny jeans,black flats or hlles and a basic like tunic then no
but if u overdo it then yea
