Yes, your periods are caused by your hormone cycle. Scared tubes will not effect your hormones.

Yes you can as periods are controlled by hormones. The lining of your uterus builds up in response to ovulation, whether the egg can travel down through the fallopian tubes isn't relevant here as the hormones are in your bloodstream. If the egg doesn't fertilise (it's very difficult to fertilise if your tubes are too scarred for it to get in there) then your body will shed the uterine lining, that's your period.
If you know you have scarred tubes and have missed a period you should get to your doctor ASAP as you have a higher than normal chance of an ectopic pregnancy.

my tubes were scared, so I had them taken out, now I feel better because of it :) honey, depends on how much scarring, look at human anatomy. the ovaries secrete eggs and they travel down the tubes, if you have excessive scarring, it may confuse the ovaries. this is a question for your dr.

That should not affect your period at all. It might, however, affect whether you can get pregnant, because your egg might not be able to pass through the scarred area. and risk of tubal pregnancy is higher.
