Interesting! How did you check the Switched Mode Power Supply? The monitor cable? Just curious! The PSU, you used the DC volts of a multimeter, to check every voltage coming out? http://www.playtool.com/pages/psuconnectors/connectors.html The monitor cable, you used the Ohms setting to check continuity of all the pins? Or, if it isn't detachable, did you hook it up to another computer? Voltage on CMOS battery was correct? Bios beeped once,(indicating everything's cool with ram) but you went ahead, and removed the ram, and checked in another computer? Keyboard Numlock, and Capital Letters lights blinked on, then shut off like their supposed to when BIOS is good? Yes, if all these componets checked out, then it's down to your graphics. If it's built into the motherboard,(Onboard, or integrated), problems might go further than just the graphics in the future. If it's an add-on card in an expansion slot,(ISA, AGP, PCI, PCI-Express, etc.), it may have gone south for the winter, and didn't take you along. LOL! My only suggestion would be to replace it.

If your video cable is detachable at both the computer and the back of the monitor, I'd try to borrow one just to verify that it's not your cable. At least check your video cable for breaks or severe bends.

most likely your video card has burnt out or something.

You might want to pick up a new one
