In the movie Nanny McPhee, is Emma Thompson's mouth CGI or digital in some way at the end, when it is snowing?... cause it seems like it

I don't think so. In the extras on the DVD it went through all her make-up changes etc. and nothing was mentioned about digital enhancements or anything.

YES YES it definitely must be! First, I am an expert on lips (self-claimed 😂) and her weird buck tooth lips looked more usual than the ones at the end and second the way they move are exactly the way clu's moved in tron.
