I would check to make sure that I have the right drivers installed for all the network cards. From Windows98 to 2002, the drivers are different, so you will want to go to the websites of all the manufacturers and download the appropriate 2002 drivers.

Yes, you can download the drivers to another computer, and then burn them to a CD or put them on a USB drive. As for which driver, I would try Intel PRO/1000 GT Drivers for All Operating Systems for the wired NIC and HP WL500 PCI (802.11a/b/g) WiFi Wireless LAN Adapter Driver for Windows 2000/XP for the WiFi. Usually, if they are not correct, they won't install. If those don't work, try the other ones.

You need to set up an internet connection in Control Panel.

PS I never heard of Windows 2002. Did you upgrade to Windows 2000 or Windows XP?

you seem to be missing a driver for the ethernet port. Go to your computers manufacturers website and they should have a driver download page, you just have to know your computers model.
