The ones that are heartless are the worst to me. Usually if people mean well doesn't bother me what they actually say.

Two people I can think of are "Jane and (somebody)" and "Unknown".
Jane and (???) got herself a top contributor badge by answering questions with minimal thought or effort, then voting for herself multiple times.
Unknown answers questions that nobody else answered and are about to expire. All his answers are "IDK".
