Well i just got a job, i filled out all of the paperwork, and took a urine test. And my employer didn't really tell me what the salary was. I still have to go through the training process, ( the job is cashier at The Food Emporium) and that can take a week.

Ummm, i want to get an affordable apartment, Section 8 to be exact. every time i get paid i'm not gonna spend anything except for the money i take out to get back and forth to work, and being that people are greedy in my house ( living with parents and others) i dont want to keep money on me.

I need to know what i should do with my money so that when i do get accepted for the apartment, i have money to pay them and go shopping for furniture and so on.

Should i open a bank account to hold my money there?
I thought about that but i'm scared that money will be takin out of it somehow and i don't think i can deal with that, but i just need a place to put my money so that it is safe until i come and get it, whenever i need it.

You have a job so may not need welfare housing. Section 8 is for people who don't work or have more kids than they can afford. Get a bank account nobody will steal your money.

Go ahead and open a bank account. The bank has insurance to cover your money if the bank gets robbed. The only other way someone can take your money out of the bank is if they steal your identity, so just be safe about who you give personal information to.

I would go open a bank account. Once you get alittle bit saved up open a high yield bank account. that is a account that draw higher interest rates on your money so your money will be making you more money without you doing anything. Best of luck and happy holidays
