Here's how. It will take you about 6 months to a year. It's conditioning.
Step one. When watching porn with your wife, get some of those compilation videos where there are many scenes. Make sure there are some girl-on-girl and threeway videos in the compilation. Do not comment that you would like to try that. Be cool.
Step two. As your wife is watching a girl-on-girl video, go down on her. In her mind, she will imagine a woman going down there.

Be careful with this one buddy. Some things are suppose to stay fantasy. I know a man that did convince his wife to allow another woman into the marital bed. Well it all backfired on him, she left him for the woman. This is very dangerous behavior. And the BIG question is, would she be able to convince you to allow another man in your bed? Thought about it that way?

Tell her that she was dumb enough to marry a crazy man-slut who doesn't respect the vows he took on his wedding day. Seriously, one of the things about being married is that your sex-dance card is filled for the rest of your days. There are couples who like having another woman in bed and single women who are into that too. My guess is that nobody had to "get" their partner to go for it after the nuptials were done. If you have to "get" her to do it, chances are that there is more wrong with your marriage than a less-than-spicy time in the sack.

If she is uncomfortable with it then I don't think there is any way you can get her to let you. Some people feel really quite hurt at the prospect of their partner wanting someone else, like they are not enough to satisfy their partner.
I would be very careful pushing this subject as she may very well get so hurt that she may feel she can no longer be with you.
I wish you luck in whatever you decide to try but be wary. These types of things can often be the ruin of a marriage.

If she isn't immediately enthusiastic and thrilled about the idea, then you should just forget about it. Even if you were to talk her into it, things would never be the same between you two. I know that I could never feel the same about my relationship if something like that were to occur. If you love her, let it go.

Talk to her deeply while in bed before both of you will sleep the night after havinbg sex, that's the best time to talk to her.
Or you might talk to her while in sex, the best time when she is on her ultimate climax or orgasm, talking to her on this period, because whatever you want to ask from her probably will give you all affirmative yes....
