I am a veteran. I was in Bosnia, Kuait and south of the border in the Central Americas. I was part of a specialized combat MOS for the Army. I served for more than 11 years and have seen alot of things that were contrarry to my personal beliefs. I served my country with honor and sacrificed much in the name of duty and freedom. Now we live in a political climate that seems to border a dictatorship rather than a democracy. Our right to bare arms is close to extinction and our freedom of speech is now in question. Politicians run rampant with corruption with no merit or accountability. As citizens of this once great nation it is our responsibility to stand against the tyrants who would have us kill ourselves for the sake of making a profit. Many civillians would dissagre on the basis of what the modern media bombards them with. I would hope their eyes are not blinded with old tricks. But this question must be asked of all of us who love what our country once stood for.

Revitilization and home grown terrorism act of 2007. This act proposes that any us citizen can be jailed by speaking agianst the US govenment and its move twards globalizm. This means that if you say anything against the government that they would consider to be remotlely out of sorts you would be considered a terroist. Is that freedom of speech????

As for your "Black helos" I belive in freedom. Not theory on quack crap like one world gov. You have to "read and comprehend" what Im saying. I wouldnt expect someone like you to understand what it takes to defend our country from enemies both foriegn and domestic. The system is crashing and needs fixed. I sat in my fox hole for my country. I watched many friends die for my country. I have killed for my country. What have you done?

So the Alien & Sedition Act is being reborn.

Politicians are AFRAID of people who are willing to make their own decisions and go with that. Possessing a firearm makes you able to make and enforce a decision, right or wrong, and is therefore a bad thing. People who make their own decisions upset other people who have accepted the "Don't think about it. Let us do it, and your thinking, for you" philosophy.

There are wolves, sheep and sheepdogs and too many political wolves are masquerading as sheepdogs. Think that over and I hope it makes sense to you.

If you're talking about a military coup, GOOD LUCK !! Unless they've changed the laws , I believe organizing and conspiring to overthrow the US government could be a felony. I should also bring to your attention the reason a lot of the groups who had fantasized about overthrowing the US government, never got very far. It seems that as they were recruiting like-minded citizens into their cause, a few federal agents had joined their ultra secret organization. How these federal agents even known about their ultra-secret plan to overthrow the US government, is a mystery to everyone. Not even the witnesses who testified against them in their court, testifying under oath, had divulged the leak source as to how the federal government learned of this ultra-secret plan to bring the US government down.

Yes, we the Americans should now stand up and fight for what belong to us -- this county. The monkeys we voted for have done nothing more but step on us. It's time to start a revolution for sure. I really wish Martin Luther King is still alive. He'd help us march to capitol hill for the sake of people's right and over throw the government. We need reform very, very, badly.

Not quite. Regardless of the massive abuses being inflicted upon us, I think we're still pretty well off. The government hasn't entirely taken away any of our basic rights yet (life, liberty, property, pursuit of happiness) -- which isn't to say we should wait until they have, just until it goes too far. It will be time for a revolution when the people can no longer influence the government to change its position, the way we did with shamnesty this summer.

NO...Wait about an hour.
In about an hour Starbuck's opens and I want to get a Latte first.
Make it 2 hours...Please.
I want to enjoy it.
But...I just remembered. I have some mall shopping to do before the crowds.
Could you just wait till tomorrow for your little revolution?
Wait a minute...Tomorrow's no good.
I go a pilates class at 01:00.
Why not just wait till Monday when everyone has to go to work? But remember that Tuesday is Christmas so don't be a grinch and start it then.
And whatever you do don't start the darn thing till after the Sugarbowl (New Year's Day)
Just wait till the New Year.
Don't be in such a hurry.

We need to take this country back into our own hands.

The founding fathers had great intentions for our country and proposed revising the consitution every certain number of years.

Too many people base their politics on religion when we should have "Seperation of Church and State".

A little revolution would do this country wonders.

I bet you believe that there are those "Black Helicopters" out there watching us and that the Russians are going to come down from Canada to take over our great Nation while our troops are abroad.

Get a life and if you don't like it move to France buddy. I am glad your not still serving our country. I would have to watch my back if you were in the same foxhole as I.

First of all thank you for your service to our Country!!

Everything you say is so true and I would hope that people will stand against all this political correctness. I will die trying to save my Country. It's a shame that not only do we have pathetic polish*tans but pathetic fellow American citizens that continue to push their sick communistic, unethical, immoral, God-less agenda down our throats.

Merry Christmas to all. Oh wait, is that too politically incorrect? Ooops, oh well to bad.... Merry CHRISTMAS. That is another thing that they want to dictate and hide.

SHAME, SHAME, SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on all those that are destroying this great Country.

I dont understand why people keep saying we are moving toward dictatorship. Right to bear arms is nowhere near extinction. Two of my friends have conceal and carry licenses and keep 9mm on them most of the time and no one stops them. Freedom of speech is so far from being challenged that you are able to spout off all you want that your freedom of speech is taken away. What dictator would let you do that? Seriously what example do you have to back up saying freedom of speech is being taken away? People in USA say crazy **** all the time, often denouncing government. I do agree with you that the modern media is a joke, but the rest of what you say seems crazy to me.

the government cares more about steriods in baseball than real problems with the nation. The people who serve the public care more about giving favors to keep themselves in office and fat.

the system is broke, the country is broke, people are losing their homes, their livelyhoods, their health coverage and the people that can change it are getting rich because of it and have no reason to give a damn.

all societies are destined to fall, look at the course of history. our time to fall is soon.
