you stay away from that coffee or tea and you would not have any problems -- it is the h20 that gets you sleeply!!!!

When I no longer understand what I have just read, then it is time to roll over and turn out the light, grateful for the day that has gone and looking forward to the dawn tomorrow.

My head gets stuffy, I yawn repeatedly, and my eyes water so heavily I can't read or see the TV.
I could tell when my dog was sleepy. One side of her face would sag and she actually looked sleepy. She was a funny sight.
