Lots of people have been posting questions saying how annoying that ad is (mostly in the Yahoo Answers category) and I think Yahoo will take the ad off soon. At least one of the staff people seemed to indicate it was a mistake in the users forum. I installed an ad blocker today that does the trick. No more ads, period. And the only drawback to the ad blocker is if Yahoo decides to give out gifts I won't see the ad, but otherwise, it's sooo much better.

I can't hear them anymore since I've resorted to turning my speakers off whenever in Yahoo Answers. I remember something about renting a private jet......dumping jet fuel..........Will never shop at Gap again. So so so annoying.

That idiotic ad finally drove me to do that this afternoon and it works like a charm. I haven't had to listen to those two mindless weasles yapping their stupid heads off since.
If you have mozilla or firefox, then download your free Ad Blocker.
Works fine, lasts a long time.

they are killing me, i finally muted my speakers. if i could, i would just shoot their little box on the screen. no one cares aobut makeing little video or whatever the hell they want us to do. I am normally a VERY civil person, but they make me so angry!!!!!!!
