How has Yahoo Answers impacted your colon???

I have to be honest and say that my 'plumbing' has been a bit backed up ever since I started giving sage advice here.

Am I the only one?

colon is fine

Sphincter has grown much tighter though

It has made sphincter muscle pucker up and take notice. I only give sage advice when it comes to which spice to use. Often, I just don't have the thyme.

Try grapefruit.
It's a fickle mistress, but it will help your plumbing.
