Me LOOOVE Mexican! OLÉ! I love myself some, in this order:
Steak torta
Steak fajita
Steak taco
Beef taco ( corn or flower shell)
Frijoles ( refried beans)
Mexican rice
And THAT must come with HORCHATA! ( Rice Water)
The Mexican soda is dynamite!
But I LOOOOOOVE myself Chinese even MORE! In this order:
Sweet & Sour pork/chicken
Shrimp egg foo young
Mild orange chicken
crab rangoon
Beef frangrant
Buiscuits
And man, they know how to cause a person to put major hurt on WHITE rice! Mm MMMMMMMM GOOD!
I love myself the fried rice and the noodles
In fact, for a few years now, Chinese cuisine has became my new tradition for my birthday food! Used to be pizza! lol!

I would take Japanese food over either, but Chinese and Mexican check in at #2 and #3 for me. I can't think of the last week that I did not have chinese and mexican at least once each. I can't say the same for Japanese, Italian, or Thai. By Chinese, I assume you mean American Chinese, which is excellent, but my uncle visits China and Japan a few times a year as a research scientist, and though Japanese food is similar to how it is here, he said food in China is radically different than what they serve at American restaurants. Chinese = General Tso's, Sesame, Sweet and Sour, Crab Rangoon Mexican = Quesadillas, Fajitas, Hard Tacos, Chips and Salsa You're talking about Ali-Frazier III here. Everyone wins. =D

Chinese but I'm getting to like Mexican more and more (now that I live in a part of the country where it's really good).
My favorite dish is probably something like broccoli beef.

That's close. Chinese and Mexican are my two favorite ethnic cuisines, followed closely by Italian.
I'd say Chinese. I could live on egg rolls.

That's a hard one, they both have great dishes. I would have to say Mexican though, and you can't go wrong with a classic enchillada.
