You should take it on the first day of your missed period. This allows enough time for your HCG levels to build up and so it won't give you a false negative which can happen if you test too early.

The test is not accurate until a week after your missed period. Take the test then.

well the day ur period would be coming usually or maybe like 5 days before but tests are more accurate when u take them the day of ur missed period

sheesh did not one woman on the face of the earth take sex ed. come on geez its your body read a friggin puberty book and sex ed and pregnancy book. there is no excuse for this kind of stupidity

It takes 4 weeks for a store bought pregnancy test or a doctor's test... 4 weeks is when they can tell no less than 4 weeks thougn...i'm a mother i know.. good luck! :)
