firstly thats a nice looking site. Are you doing the css all by hand or with a program doing it for you like dreamweaver? Also different browsers will slightly display things differently, have you tested it on other browsers?

yeh, it's a nice site, but it's very complex in terms of your coding, with all the menu scripting. hang in there and maybe a css expert will chime in. I'm a mid-level css person, but this is a bit complex for me at this late hour (EST).
I know that I always have trouble with IE6 and it's usually a margin or padding issue that overextends a parent div, forcing it down.
Do you use Firefox with the CSS tools? it's very handy to spot div and css issues.

You're getting a float drop. This site has a good explanation and fix:

You might also want to think about getting rid of your layout tables to simplify your markup.
