Yes, although the US aggressively tries to convert others to Western capitalism.

That is not feasible. The high standard of living of the developed world NEEDS people to be poor to make the needed goods and give resources.

So yes, it is only for Americans, or only for developed nations, and maybe a few rich men elsewhere.

Yes. Otherwise it wouldn't be an American Way of Life. It would be an International Way of Life or an American/Mexican Way of Life or a Russo-American Way of Life or whatever, co-owned with whoever else in the world lived it.

Nope,not any more...The illegals enjoy all of the same rights and privileges as American citizens and are encouraged to promote their foreign culture and languages,untill they are finally accepted as the norm.
If the American citizens don't like change...go back to Europe...I suppose we are paying for our unjust and harsh treatment of the Native American Indian.

I hope so, it would be terrible if we got mass gun ownership and US crime rates in the UK and I'd hate to have their healthcare and social services systems.
