It is so annoying. They talk about dumping jet fuel where the endangered species live. What does that have to do with GAP clothing. The ad was soooo ANNYOING! Anyone agree?

Ugh. I was just listening to Infected by Bad Religion and out of nowhere, I heard them talking. It IS very annoying!!!!!!!!!!

That GAP AD is so annoying! I found a way to get rid of it! If you download and run Firefox as your browser, there is an add on program you can install which will make it disappear totally off your page.
Simply do a search for Firefox then for the Firefox add on called Adblock. (I tried putting in the links but got a 999 message from Yahoo.)
Once you install both of those, look down in the very bottom right hand corner of your screen where you will see: Adblock. Click on it then disable the second item up from the very bottom of the list. (At least that what worked for me.)
Also, you can write an e-mail to Gap and let them know what you think about their obnoxious, senseless advertisement. Here is what I wrote:
"What in the world are you thinking by putting your advertisement on Yahoo! Answers concerning "dumping jet fuel in the ocean"? I will NEVER, EVER shop in your store again in my entire life. Because of your advertisement, I had to install an ad blocker. Everyone on Yahoo! Answers is complaining about it. What in the world were you all thinking? It's not funny! You might want to find two representatives who don't act like they're crank or crack addicts!"

I was jsut thinking this myself, luckily I found the volume control button and on the bottom right hand corner of it is a pause button so they stop talking, I hate that commercial it really needs to go

I was EXTREMELY annoyed by this ad. I mean who would buy their clothing just because they admit to taunting single people and killing endangered animals. I was DISGUSTED. However, I installed the Ad-block software and now it's gone and things are peaceful again.

Haha. It's really annoying. It has nothing to do with GAP and when ever I'm on the Adolescent section on Y!A it starts playing and scares the crap out of me if I don't have music on. Because, it just starts talking. Sometimes even when I do have music playing it interferes with it.. Creeeeeepy. =) Haha.

Wanna know how to make it stop? Press the PAUSE button on the ad! The square button with two lines toward the bottom right of the square where the people talk, is the pause botton. That'll shut them up!

When I know I'm going to be on YA for a while, I cut the speakers off. It is very obnoxious, annoying and it never stops. I don't think I've ever heard it to the end.
