can I keep a adult leapord gecko and a juvenile leapord in the same tank

As long as they both aren't males, it will probably be fine. But I would watch closely to make sure that the older leopard gecko is not bullying the smaller one. (Normally by taking its food.)

Two females MIGHT get along in a very large tank, but many reptiles do not cohabitate well. One will usually try to intimidate and dominate the other, and take over the best basking sites and best food. This causes a lot of stress in the subordinate one. To be on the safe side, keep them in their own tanks.

If they are not both males and the juvenile is of a reasonable size to defend itself, yes. I would not keep a full grown leo with a hatchling, but I've kept half-grown leos with full growns with no problems.
