Yes I would hope to think I would...I would imagine it would be instinctive to help someone when they were in a time of need.

I've never been in that sort of situation...
I'd like to hope that if the situation occurred, then instinct would take over and I wouldn't give it a second thought. There are plenty of family and friends where I know without doubt that I would risk all.
