Always. Even though I'm not in the back often.

I was in a car wreck when I was younger; would've gone through the seat if not for the seatbelt. (Ironically, we were at a stoplight, and a cop comes speeding up from behind us and crashes into us. Totaled the car and our insurance had to pay for it. He wasn't even chasing anyone!) So ever since then, I always wear one. Even if it's uncool. I'm a very uncool person.

regardless of what the regulation says, everyone in a motor vehicle could be belted in. a lot of human beings right belted interior the front seats are killed while unbelted rear-seat passengers slam into the front seats and overload the seatbelts and airbags. My state helps decrease back seat adults to bypass unbelted, yet while i'm using, the vehicle would not circulate till all and sundry is buckled.

Yea. I was wearing one once and was in an accident and it almost ripped my head off. But that was in the front seat, but i still wear one whenever i get in the car. I would have been dead if i did not have it on in the accident.

I frequently ride in taxis... I always wear a seatbelt... The drivers are always annoyed when I put on a seatbelt... I look at it this way; I have one and only brain and I will do what is necessary to protect myself from head trauma... Earlier tonight I had a driver who was disoriented and drove into (thankfully stopped) oncoming traffic... (I probably needed a seatbelt, a helmet, and body armor with him behind the wheel...LOL)...
