Run direct from the servers of Trend Micro House Calls. Their server will perform a complete scan of your system. All you have to do is allow an active "X", that is safe for the scan to run. Allow the complete scan and at the end for sure the virus or spyware will be found and killed.

Don't go deleting stuff.
Because you may end up deleting or removing something very important for your computer.
You probably have one Anti-Virus working against another.
They say Anti- Virus Norton is best, but I always find it slows down my computer, so I manage mine myself, with simple Firewall Anti- Virus protection.
I have removed Norton.
(Even though Norton can sometimes repair damage for you).
May be a good idea for you to save all your important documents and pictures and anything else you may have onto CD or DVD.
Did you have back up disk?
Certainly you need a friend who knows what he/she is doing to help you with it.
*I have Microsoft Vista

well
if u have XP or vista, then that should be easy
start-->>system tools--> system restore, choose a date before the incident
a VERY effective antiviruse is Avast! it works in the background and it works great for me. U dont have to pay it much attention except for when scanning it. If u dont like that AVG antivirus is pretty good too according to some ppl.

If you have a system restore disk that came with your computer you can do a total format and reinstall. This will take it back to its factory state.
Make sure you put pictures and documents on a disc before you do it.

HOPEFULLY,you have an anti-virus--anti-rootkit blocker as well as at least 2 anti-spyware removers installed.
run those. if you haven't proper protect installed, before you go offline, download them from here
http://browseraddons.friendpages.com
i'd also HIGHLY reccomend downloading Firefox web browser and it's attending security extensions.
once you are cleaned up,return to system restore and create a new, clean restore point to work from in the future.
anti-virus shield:
Avast
anti spyware shield:
Spyware Blaster
AVG anti spyware
anti hijacker:
Arovax
