have you ever felt like this?

for the last few days or so i get this surreal feeling-i mean i go to work and know whats going on and do my work etc, but it has just been feeling strange--i feel like this most of the day-also ,ost mornings i have been feeling really nervous and shaky and do not know why...any thoughts?thanks

It sounds like you have some kind of unresolved problem that you're subconsciously worrying about. This is actually pretty common and I go through it quite a bit. You start to just feel really strange doing things you've done for years. It could be a relationship problem (as it often is with me) or it could be something else. Maybe you had a fight with someone close to you. Try to think of everything that could be bothering you and then try to do something to fix the biggest things, whether that's apologizing or telling someone how you really feel about them. You'll feel a lot better after you get this of your back. If that doesn't do it, I'm sorry but I don't know else it could be. Sometimes it's a seasonal thing and Winter often brings out strange thoughts of depression and other things of this nature. I hope you fix whatever it is. Happy holidays.

Yea, sometimes I have this feeling like nothing is real and like I'm just going through the motions -- not able to feel a thing. I dunno, its kind-of freaky and paranoid.

are you bored wit hthe job or feel locked into it? that might have soemnthing to do with it
