they didn't postpone her mom's book for nothing. if she is not outraged enough to get charges pressed then maybe she outta be shot. mom of the year she certainly isn't.

accually. they do not know the acctual age of the boy.. some say 16,or 17. and others say 18 or 19. but it all depends on where the baby was conceived because here in misSissippi(where casey the boyfriend is from) you have to be 16. in califonia(where zoey 101 is filmed) its 18, and in louisiana(where spears is from) its 17. all of these places are where it could have happened so it all depends on where the baby was conceived.

It depends on the age of consent for whether or not it is legal. In a lot of states the age of consent is 16 meaning that at the age of 16 a child is seen as having the ability to say yes or no to having sex. Statutory rape is when someone has sex with a minor who is unable choose for themselves and give consent. But since she is 16 it is her choice.

They're to close to the same age (someone on TV said) and yes it is illegal but the parents have to want to press charges and I don't think these people want to do that. Jamie would probably cut off their allowance if they did.

The parents of the Spears are the only ones that can charge statutory rape. Obviously they haven't.

They have to have proof, the baby isn't born yet.

because they r gf/bf. i saw a thing on them on tv and they said cases like underage gf/bf having sex is hard to try in a court because it was mutual and stuff.....personally i wish the press and everyone would stay out of their business
