Do thick eyebrows and facial hair make a girl look manly?

...its the facial structure. if your face structure looks like a manly theres really nothing you can do. theres other things such as dispersed eyebrows and facial hair.
it could also be a manly body. which doesnt mean no butt or boobs it means squareish hips and large ribcage.....
not everyone who has thick eyebrows looks manly look at model natalia vodianova..... and most other supermodels have thick eyebrows anyway.
its mostly body and face structure.

Yes thick eyebrows and facial hair obviously help to give a girl a masculine look. Also some woman with very strong jawlines look a bit masculine (like Hillary Swank for instance: http://us.movies1.yimg.com/movies.yahoo.com/images/hv/photo/movie_pix/fox_searchlight/boys_don_t_cry/hilary_swank/boys.jpg ))
I agree with the poster above me in that girls who dress or carry themselves in a masculine way tend to look very macho, so it's not just a facial thing it's an overall look thing.

Yes, thick eyebrows and facial hair (i.e. mustache). Her features are masculine. It really depends. Not just the face, most girls that I have seen look manly because of how they're dressed and the way they carry themselves.

Yes, she need to pluck her eyebrows, no facial hair (if she has it, it should be waxed.) she should wear a little makeup, not necessarily much, but hey, she is a girl afterall. Her hair should be cute. She should smile and be friendly.

also large bones, a chunky no waist body too thin lips but most of all a manly way of carrying themselves with manly gestures and actions.

I know this girl that looks so manly because she wear like all guy clothes, no joke, head to toe, and no makeup and her hair up. And she doesn't have a very attractive face and she can use makeup!
I don't want to sound mean. Just answering the question.
Its her stlye so if she chooses to look like that its okay with me. If she likes it lol.

un-toned eyebrows
un kept hair (sometimes even middle parts instead of side ones)
facial hair definatly.
manly cloths.
++ i think once girls get side bangs they look a lot better.

Yes they do. Mascara and blush make you look more feminine, and tweezing/waxing will majorly help. Wide shoulders also make a girl look manly, but idk if you have those.
