I suddenly realized this afternoon that if you add up the Republican base and the Democratic base you end up with about 30% of the American public... and these are the only people being polled. That means Ron Paul's base is a completely different section of the American public. Do not be surpeised if Ron Paul sweeps the primaries. He got popular 2 or 3 months ago, and the establishment has no means of calculating exactly how much support he has. Have you noticed how much smear has started to appear? This campaign is big. Maybe the biggest thing we'll ever see in our lives. Skepticsm and cynicism have absolutely no effect on the movement. It is the will of many conscientious Americans that this man be promoted to our highest office. They try to say he's only popular on the internet. How many people do you know who don't use the internet? Even my gramma surfs. The internet is us. "WE THE PEOPLE". Don't believe it when the establishment media tries to tell us we're just a bunch of spammers. I'm not a spammer, you're not a spammer, none of the other supporters you know is a spammer. We're simply in the majority, so it looks like we're spamming. You know this is true. Look at the rallies. Look at the crowds of people that gather. This is not normal for a "fringe" candidate. This is real. It's time we start to understand that we're making a difference... A big difference. The primaries will just confirm what we're already seeing with our own eyes.

Ron Paul is going to shock the world! The funny thing is that a good portion of his supporters are moderate Democrats. All the extremists on either side of the isle can cry later when they realize just how disenfranchised the majority of Americans are with their government.

Sounds like some honest doctors you have there. Tell them to stop spamming with campaign donations.

I'll be shocked if anyone gets to vote for Ron Paul at all. He doesn't have a good shot at getting the nomination.

They may say that, but in the end, doctors are practical people. They vote for someone who has a chance of winning. They do not throw away any of their assets, including the vote.
The good thing is that no matter what right-winger your affluent doctors end up voting for, they are doomed to disappointment. Bush has done most of the Democrats' work for them this time. He will hand them the election on a golden platter, just like he did in 2006.
