Yes, I do. And I agree with you 100%.
And until I chose to live my life looking for the good in everything, I was miserable.

There's so much beauty everywhere. Sometimes I just spend time enjoying the small pleasures in life:
a perfect blade of grass
an unusually shaped cloud
a dew drop on a leaf

It's all out there. Good for you for looking for beauty in life. Life is too short not to.
Have a happy life. I believe you will.

I think that since it is all we hear about, it is what we are used to. Example...turn on the news. Notice that it is all bad!!! Killings, robberies, politics (hehe). It is hard to find feel good stories. I have been a negative person most of my life...until this past year. God has been so wonderful to my family. I have tried to pass on my uplifting attitude to all that talk to me. I feel so good doing this. It is hard, but once you get used to seeing the positive in a bleak situation...it becomes second nature. Have a very Merry Christmas!!!

I hear you. People need to literally stop and smell the roses, we don't need to constantly talk about the beauty of earth all the time but more people do need to recognize that the simple fact that we are alive and are ABLE to appreciate it is a miraculious thing.

I can relate. There are too many people these days always talking about how bad their day was, or what their boss/teacher did to them.

If they just took a step back and looked at all that they do have, I can almost garuntee that he/she would be ashamed of him-/herself.
