Cut departments that are not in the Constitution?

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

I would, Department of Education has messed things up more than fixed ever since its creation.

Yes immediately I would cut departments. I would cut all the departments that year after year consistently drain the economy of taxpayer dollars. I would roll the money saved from the departments back into the budget for much better things.

Can you name any departments that can listed in the Constitution? There are none. Do you want to get rid of all of them?

Yes immediately and without any hesitation. Any departments not authorized by the Constitution is government waste.

Let's just say the budget was balanced when Clinton left office. Not counting the war, whatever has changed in the past 7 yrs. needs to be changed back. As for the war, that is a different subject.

I don't see any purpose for the Department of Education. I think it should be a state function. I also don't see any purpose for the Department of Homeland Security. Bush creates more and more bureaucracy.
