I prefer a hatfield or a kunzler. May have to mortgage the house, though! Ha!

Not much of a pork eater, but the hospital I work for gives us a ham for Christmas. That is our "bonus". I usually don't bother going to get it. Well, last year I did and cooked it as per instructions. It comes with some delicious honey mustard marinade and it is called a "Sprial Ham" Best I have ever eaten. Not real salty like the ones my mother used to make. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Want me to send you a sliver? Hee Hee.

We had a Honeybaked Ham for Thanksgiving. About $6.99 a pound but worth every penny.

Brand doesn't matter as long as it's a shank ham. It's not a "real" ham unless it has a bone in it.
