mRNA is the RNA copy of DNA. RNA substitutes U for T. So the mRNA code would be
DNA —TAC TTA CCG ACG
mRNA—AUG AAU GGC UGC

If this is the DNA sequence:
TAC TTA CCG ACG
What is the tRNA code?
The tRNA is the mediator between the mRNA and the growing amino acid chain.
Each tRNA molecule is complementary to 3 bases (a codon) on the mRNA. The matching 3 bases on the tRNA molecule that are complimentary to the codon, are referred to as the anticodon. So the first tRNA would have to be complementary and match up to TAC, so it would be GTU. Next would be a tRNA for TTA that would have a TUU at the part that pairs up mRNA. Next would be a tRNA for CCG containing a CGG. Finaly there would be one for ACG containing CGT.
what is the mRNA code?

mRNA is short for "messenger ribonucleic acid", and is the transcription copy of the DNA sequence you provided. When transcripting from DNA to mRNA, the bases are matched up like this:
A-->U (uracil; only found in RNA, which lacks T)
T-->A
C-->G
G-->C
To translate your sequence:
DNA
TAC TTA CCG ACG
mRNA
AUG AAU GGC UGC
tRNA (transfer ribonucleic acid) is used by ribosomes to contstruct amino acids during translation. It is a copy made like this:
mRNA
AUG AAU GGC UGC
tRNA
UAC UUA CCG ACG
Learn these two methods, and you'll be able to change pretty much any sequence of genetic code you come across. All you need to learn are what amino acids go with each codon of tRNA, and you can translate DNA into proteins!
