Is it true that when u have ur period and u have sex that u can get pregnant faster?

No. You can only get pregnant while you are ovulateing. Most women ovulat around 14 days after the first day of there period. But its possible to ovulate any time of the month, including when your on your period if that is when you ovulate, but most women do not ovulate during their period. The best thing is to know your own cycle. Try an over the counter ovulation kit from the drug store follow the directions and try it on a couple different months because your cycle can change a couple days here or there and you want to get an idea of whats normal for you.

You want to have sex one to two days befor ovulation for best results.

Well... I don't know about faster, but you most certainly can get pregnant. I think when you're on your period then that's one of the least fertile times.

During menstruation a female is relatively fertile. It means she might get pregnant eventhough she was menstruating at the time she had unprotected intercourse. Ripe egg cell might be coming out from the ovary and when met by a sperm, might lead to conception or pregnancy.

Doubtful. If you want to better your chances of pregnancy, have sex when you are ovulating.
