The blue box is about 1/4 inch by 2 inch and has the word answer in it, It will not go off my screen even when I am not on Y?A. Does anyone know what caused it or how to get rid of it?

Thank you infobod. Rebooting got rid of it. I just thought that since it originated on this site that others might be having the same problem and would benefit by my asking the question.

f5 >refresh or exit the internet(file-exit) and re-enter again
or turn the pc off and on again-restart(start-turn off pc-restart)

Probably have an active desktop. Right click on desktop, properties then appearence I think. Should be able to remove it there.

It depends what have you done to your computer. Too little detail for us to help here. But one factual answer: don't use the computer.
