Least unromantic, not sexy language is German(no offense), the words look rough and like they mean somethin bad and when spoken, Germans sound like they are alwayz angry or yelling.

I think it is French. Even if someone is angry, in French, they sound passionate. You can tell someone to go to heck and it sounds romantic and musical.
