Sometimes they act like they are judge, jury and executioner towards passengers who have questions, request and problems. They let you know they have power to have you kicked off or worse. Not that they do it, it's just they act that way, i.e., arrogant.

Didn't do anything to me. There have been a large number of complaints about stewardesses overreacting to passengers. Check the FFA website for passenger complaints. They do ve the power to make passengers leave the plane before it takes off, to report them to the authorities after the plane lands, have you discipined by air marshalls, have you handcuffed to your seat and if they want, they could ask other passengers to "subdue you" for whatever THEY consider to be bad conduct. How would you like an ill tempered stewardess on a bad day, reporting you to the federal government? If you're not guilty you still will end up with a criminal record and possible jail time awaiting the feds decision to not charge you with terroist acts.
