The age of social maturity varies from person to person. I've seen 16 year-olds who should be voting and 25-year olds who shouldn't be allowed in public. My vote is for an attitude/ morals test required of all citizens before their 25th year. You can take and pass sooner, but if you don't pass by 25, mandatory schooling or no social liberties. Zip. If that sounds bad, then get your social I.Q. to school and do life right! Amen. America isn't strong because of spoiled wussies.
