i am they completely freak me out once my lil 12 yr old brat brother put a garden snake on my head when he was behind me and so i felt up on my head and it was all slimey and disgusting and i screamed so loud!!!! it was so freaky and he was crakin up.... omg hes so annoying!

No, I'm not, I think they are fascinating and beautiful creatures, but I guess that's easy for me to say as we only have one venomous snake here in England, the adder or viper and it is incredibly shy and rarely seen. One thing I must emphasize though. Snakes are NOT slimy! They have very dry, scaly skin and are warm to the touch.I took an Indian python, named Monty into my class of 6-7 yr.olds once so that they could handle him and feel how warm and dry-skinned he felt.
Of course I emphasised that this was a non-venomous snake and that they should never touch or handle one if they saw one in the wild.

I Hate snakes they give me the chills when i see one.I never did like them.And dont feel left out because it happen to me too,my brother thought it was funny and i screamed.
Even when i go to the zoo i hate going to the reptile section..because i feel that all of the snakes will come out especially da anaconda one.

Snakes are one of the very very few things physically tangible that spookl me out.I wouldn't say I'm scared of them,but I prefer to keep my distance. I find the more I learn about something,the less afraid I become.I used to be terrified of sharks,but I know enough about them now that they don't bother me at all.You probably shouldn't watch snakes on a plane.

Once I got to know what they are like...
especially that they are generally harmless and NOT slimey like all the misconception, I am fine with them.
I have had pythons around my shoulders.. they are ok - just heavier that they look.

Once I held a python and that wasn't so bad, but smaller snakes scare me half to death. I can't believe your brother did that though!

I don't like snakes. If one was burning in a forest fire, I would feel sorry for it, but I wouldn't make it part of my family.
It creeps me out, the way they slither along.
