Anyone can give me their opinion, but im really lookin for people with a knowledge of skin tone ad what suits which type etc.
Any other advice on hair..makeup..etc..?

First off, I love your skin tone.
Right away when I seen the picture I thought your hair looks nice that way but I'd say the color that would look better and best, is a chesnut brown. It's close to black, but only not black lol
Not many ways to explain it, so search it or something =]

Well it really does look good the way it is, but if you want to change it... like everybody else I think a darker brown with burgundy hilights. Since you have light skin and eyes you want to color it something with warm undertones, anything golden or auburn to look natural. Don't do any "ash" shades, too flat and dark for you. It might look a little better if you got some more layers put in just for volume and use volumizing shampoo and products just to be a little fuller. Good luck :)

Cause you're eyebrows aint blond or anything.
You can go a nice goldy brown colour and it would suit ya.

Edit: dont go too dark as it will wash you out as you have quite light skin and eyes.
Also a nice brown eyeliner along the top or your eyelids and smudge it in for a smoky look along with some mascara.

well i think there are some different ways to take this. you could leave it like it is.like maybe a borwnish with a little bit of carmel die, or a brownish reddish color,would really bring out your skin tone and or your eyes.

that hair cut and colour is NOT working for you. i would cut your bangs, the side bangs dont look good. cut a bit of length off, and for colour, i would say for for either a dark blonde or a caramel brown, nothing too dark. but those would look really nice.

Grey with orange highlights....
Simple bleach wash all over to make hair white, then add orange highlights; maybe with some black for the festive seasons?

You're cute. Keep your hair color natural, It's very nice. Go easy on the makeup - you don't need it. Clothes-- can't help ya.
