Killed a turkey for Christmas or Thanksgiving dinner?? I just helped my dad kill one of ours today! It was fun.....

I like all your answers! I live in Sacramento California though. We just moved to a ranch two or three years ago. Our turkey he was just getting too fat and he couldn't even walked, so we had to put him out of his misery :'( And I probably won't eat him for Christmas. Just about all my friends are vegetarians too. They rock!! My mom nearly barfed when we showed her though!! LMAO!! Merry Christmas!!

Just Dance, my father and I would NEVER kill an animal for the fun of it!! He was almost a year old, really fat, and he had hurt his leg somehow. He was going to die a sufferable death and we needed to kill him peacefully. He was really old and suffering. Please understand that. And we just couldn't let the body go to waste.....

I was about 12 years old. The turkey didn't flop or cartwheel around nearly as much as our chickens did. He just seemed to do a little run into the ground then his legs kicked and jiggled his body for a few times. It was a let down. I was hoping he would do more than the chickens do.
I thought you were gonna say when was the first time you remember pooping your pants as an adult.

You killed a turkey? How sad! That turkey was living, it didn't deserve to be killed:( No wonder other animals don't like or fear us, us humans don't treat them well. I've never killed one, and never will, I'm a vegetarian......

I'm a vegetarian haha. We don't kill turkeys in this family, plus we live in the city..
