Personally, I have been wrong. Sometimes I think that I know more than I do. I usually delete them in that case.
However, now that I am thinking about it, maybe from now on, I will just edit and admit my mistake. After all, it's OK to wrong. Right?

Yeah, I put a stupid answer once and deleted it right after b/c I realized what I did.
