Nah, adulthood trauma. He got all fired up about monetary theory as a young man, but he could never find anybody to take him seriously. Sadly, he watched as American embraced one disastrous financial policy after another, as inflation spiraled and the dollar declined and gold soared and corporatism increased. It was very traumatic.

Insecurity? An OBGYN who has been married for 40 years and has never changed his political views, never voted for one tax, never given into to any special interests. Yeah, he sounds super insecure

Insecurity? He speaks with more conviction than any other candidate. He has brains, knowledge, and honesty. Apparently some people are not ready for that.

I think he really believes he can save the world.he also goes by Doctor, so he's probably seen some rough stuff, He just so over my head I can't get his message. So I may be the dummy.he just too out there for me. I don't think it insecurity, I think he just think he know every thing, and if you buck him he goes into shock, like how dare you,? he has so many fooled
He thinks you, should be also, to his way of thinking., when you debating something you know from the start every one has a different opinion ,that's the reason for the debate, but he seems to take it as personal. I hope I am reading him wrong..I have no fault with him I just don't get his message.

I'd be more interested in the aberrant psychology of his supporters than of Ron Paul. While childhood trauma and insecurity certainly doesn't justify their BS behaviour, it sure as hell would explain it.
