Hey guys, my husband is healthy, we're close and good, but I've noticed over time (5 years) that he's not as "stiff" as he used to be...and then over the last six months, sometimes he actually loses it during missionary style sex.

He never loses it during a BJ, but sometimes he does during sex.

What's up? Isnt he too young for ED? It takes him a while to "come" - like 15 minutes or more...generally by that point, I am over it (and have come) and am just waiting on him. Does this sound right? I was always with younger guys (and he seems young) but lately, I think I see his age coming through (I am 32) versus what I see in men my own age.

Please be serious in your response. It's really making me nervous and afraid to have "intitiate" sex because I never know anymore if it "is going to work" or if it's going to be a "bad night" which seems to end up in embarrassment.

Oh, and he has no health issues. We're both runners, in shape, etc. I am not even sure if this is ED?

As men age, the flap that holds in blood to their private part stretches and the blood is what causes the erection. When it is stretched, it flows back faster than when he was youger. Cialis or Viagra should do the trick. The BJ, for some reason, restricts the blood from flowing back so soon. He is normal; it happens at different ages for men. A subscription from the doctor will do the trick.

Yes, it could very well be ED -- and no, he's not too young for it. Even 25-30 year olds can have it. Stress is the most common reason for ED -- if he's not stressed out over work or any other issues, then he needs to get it checked out by a doctor.

Of course, the question is: Does it bother HIM? It's a very touchy subject, because it's hard to bring it up (no pun intended) without seeming "dissatisfied" and hurting his pride. Think of it this way -- a lot of women are very slow in arousing and reaching a climax. For them, a guy that took 15 minutes would be a godsend!

Try having sex at different times of the day -- fatigue could also be a factor, no matter how good a shape he's in. Also, if he's in the habit of a few beers or wine before bed, that may be contributing to the problem. Some drugs for depression can also "depress" other areas. If none of those seem to triggers, then a trip to the doctor would seem to be in order.

Go with what works .. vigara is also an option, but he`ll be ready for 4 hours instead of just 15 mins.

Stress and other life commitments as well as health problems can contribute to ED. There is plenty of info available on ED , google it.

Good luck to you

I don't want to be rude, but maybe your are exercising the wrong muscles and he doesn't feel the same pleasure as before. If there were a health issure a bj would not make a difference. You lips provide the tightness he needs. It happens, especially when someone has had multiple partners, their is a price to pay. Sorry. Good luck

Why should you be afraid to be the one to initiate sex with your husband? If things don't go as planned, big deal, **it happens. It has happened to my ole man and I just let him know that it was no big deal, sex in a relationship isn't everything, friendship, love, mutual respect, and honesty are the foundation that's makes a great marriage. Talk to him about it, ask him whats on his mind, is this bothering him, etc. But let him know that you still find him sexy, desirable and a hunka hunka burnin love and at least he doesn' t have to worry about letting you down too.

Just because you're runners and in shape doesn't rule out health issues.

Prove me wrong and get him to a doctor for this specific issue. I bet the doctor can prescribe something helpful.

he mite have a girlfriend and in his mid-life crises and i really don't think that any normal guy would loose it during a BJ,as he could figure his lover doing it, but with missionary it would be a bit harder to picture someone else being the ridden

I'm sure there are other health issues that can contribute to his problem. See a doctor to be on the safe side.

Have him get a physical. It could be a few different things. One of them is his sugar. Even though you run and are in shape there still could be things going wrong on the inside.

See a doctor. Could be something else that is wrong. You can never be too safe on health issues.
