Aidan is the original anglicized form of the Gaelic name Aodhán, so I would go with that one. I hate it when parents change the spellings of perfectly decent names to make them more "youkNeek", no offense but I find that to be trashy.

I think Aidan makes it more feminine for a girl.

Aiden is more masculine.

Aadan I don't like. Too many A's.

Aaden is OK. Reminds me of that show Jon and Kate Plus 8. They name their kid that.

Another really cool alternative, because Aiden/Aidan, Aaden, Aadan is so popular right now is Alden. I met a boy with that name and I really liked it. It's pronounced All-din.

I like Aiden or Aidan. I think other people would have a hard time trying to pronounce Aaden. But Aidan is a beautiful name. Good luck with the baby.
