HOW can I install the windows xp service package 2?(with a prodcut key)?

There is no way to do this.When you try to download the service pack the product key mast match.You will have to pay up to get the service pack.You can allso not download the new media player without the proper key.Best of luck.

either disc or download from microsoft site during the install it will ask you for the key.

you could call microsoft and they'll give you a new code for $10. I did it once and it worked just like the original code.
