There should be no promise of a prize - especially if it's just choosing the "Best Answer"...

This animal is bleeding from it's mouth - it's mouth makes a "cracking noise" when it tries to bite. C'mon - this turtle needs a vet - not internet advice.

1. Water turtles escape danger by dropping off their basking site into water. Putting them on a table without careful supervision means that they are going to try to jump off and swim away. Please be more careful in the future.

2. Aggression can be due to aging, stress, overcrowding, pain, hinger, etc.

3. An isolated cracking noise is probably just a temporal-mandibular joint issue- like your jaw popping in a yawn. If it happens more, get worried.

4. You don't tell us the species, size, diet, cares, etc., and you don't tell us much about the last 2 months.

Since the fall happened two months ago, whatever injury it caused is most likely healed.
The cracking noise you heard is not related to the fall; it is the sound of the upper and lower "beaks" rubbing together as it closes its mouth.
It is completely normal, I have heard it many times myself.

So, what's the prize?

How large are your turtles? If your red-eared slider is UNDER four inches, you may lose it, but to salmonella, not to being dropped. If the 'drop' was two months ago, the 'cracking' in his jaw or his trying to bite you is NOT related to the fall at all. Your turtle is possibly an adult, and is getting agressive to be able to protect its eggs or its female's eggs. If it's 5" or larger, it's 'adult.' I seriously doubt ANYTHING is wrong with your turtle, but if you are worried, find a vet who handles reptiles (call one vet and ask, if that one doesn't treat them, they should give you a referral to one who does) and take it in for a 'check-up.'

well, considering it's been two months, i don't think he's bleeding internally...of course, he could still be injured. the cracking noise could be from two bones or something rubbing together (my ankle does that). if he's old, some animals are aggressive before they die =(, but if he's young then idk. it's best to take him to a vet...
