When you tried to install a fresh copy of windows, did you install at the same directory?

What's your room temperature? What's your BIOS setting? What is your notebook's spec? These are vital for us to help you out.

Check first to see if the air vent is clogged. Blow it out with some air, the vacume will work too. Make sure it is not sitting on a soft surface like the bed. Put it on a desk or hard surface. Use the Defrag feature to see if the disk has fragmented all over. Use a virus program to check for viruses.
